Patti Craig is a wonderful fitness instructor for anyone aged 50+. She has a lovely personality, and is very knowledgeable in her field – a true professional in her instruction.

I enjoy her Tai Chi classes, and I joined her Anchor Training group. She also offers very affordable 1 on 1. I attend her 2 Tai Chi classes, and take 2 Anchor Training sessions weekly……I highly recommend them.

After each class, I feel energized, calm, relaxed and….great about myself! Patti challenges you, she encourages you, and she is very positive during her teaching instruction.

She is a great motivator and guides you seamlessly through the Anchor Training exercise routine. Her graceful moves, and her gentle soothing voice are key, to the slow and peaceful Tai Chi movements.

I recommend Patti to everyone and anyone who is looking for a healthier lifestyle. She is a lovely individual, who makes you feel comfortable and at ease.

Regardless of your level of fitness, Patti will make adjustments to suit what is best for you. You will feel healthier of heart, of mind and of body……
