- Discuss the types of fitness activities you enjoy and any physical limitations you may have.
- Use behavior design games to discover your most effective tiny fitness behaviors to achieve your desires.
- Select the best time of day, locations, and prompts when designing your tiny fitness recipes.
- Learn the art of creating instant positive emotions to lock your new habit in quickly. Emotions create habits.
- Design your environment for success.
I may be contacted between sessions if your Tiny Habits® Recipes need additional fine-tuning.
